Vivek Choudhary, a distinguished legal professional, holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), and an LL.M. with specialization in Cyber Law. With an extensive career spanning over a decade, he is currently the Managing Associate at Choudhary Law Associates. His practice areas include litigation in the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, and several tribunals such as the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various other judicial bodies. His expertise extends to complex litigation, dispute resolution, environmental law, commercial disputes, criminal law, cyber law, and real estate matters.

A founding member and Secretary of the National Green Tribunal Bar Association, Vivek is highly regarded for his leadership in the legal community. He has successfully represented major clients like  Madhya Pradesh Tourism, Ayushman Bharat, ‘Niramayam’, Bhopal Municipal Corporation, Ayushman Bharat, Kotak Mahindra, and Microsoft, among others.
