Overview

Practicing extensively in the District & Sessions Court of Bhopal and various other district courts across Madhya Pradesh, I also appear regularly before specialized tribunals such as the National Green Tribunal (NGT), Real Estate Appellate Tribunal & Authority (REAT & RERA), MP State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and other adjudicatory forums including under the SARFAESI Act and IT Department.

Currently associated with Choudhary Law Associates, Bhopal, a legacy firm established in 1972, I assist Senior Counsel Shri Vijay Kumar Choudhary and represent clients in both civil and criminal matters. My practice spans across high-profile matters involving SOM Group of Companies, Kranti Beverages, Maharshi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University, Maharshi Vidya Mandir, Pooja Cables, Sam Group of Institutions, Bhopal Municipal Corporation, among others.

With a strong foundation in litigation, I have dealt with cases involving investigative agencies like CBI, ED, EOW, and STF. My experience includes handling matters under CrPC, Negotiable Instruments Act, family laws, contract enforcement, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation and conciliation.

I hold a BCA, LL.B., LL.M., and a Diploma in Cyber Law, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. on Admissibility of Digital Evidence in Cybercrime. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh (Enrolment No. MP/1707/2020), I am also an AIBE-qualified advocate committed to effective legal representation and client-centric advocacy.
